CSX continues to try and interfere with it's employees ability to use
FMLA. Just because a employee takes FMLA on a Holiday doesn't mean
they aren't using it for what it's intended for. If CSX/Henson sends
a employee a letter wrongly accusing them of misusing FMLA on a holiday
or another day for that matter, immediately file a complaint with the
U.S. Dept. of Labor in your area and definitely contact a lawyer as
well.  This abuse by CSX can't be tolerated anymore by  people whose
goal it is to eliminate all of our jobs. Their continued abuse of
employees and false charge letters are direct violations of Federal
laws protecting employees from employers like CSX, and also has grounds
for legal action against all involved in this unethical business
