Gee, arguing about money? Hard to argue when each Division and every sub
division is different and run like Fiefdom. Is there a fixed or floating
number of spots on the pools and boards?
What about detention time, ID runs, meals, vacation and PL time etc.?
What is the real pay after all that is backed out?
On the Extra Boards, what is the guarantee and are they breaking the
Suzannah loves CSX? She's their biggest critic...Suzannah's special?
in what way? If she's treated any different than the other women or
other man, besides the obvious, document it and submit it to the
appropriate Federal Agencies.
She seems to question how/why the carrier penalizes the employees to
the extent they do, to the point of taking their guarantee and stock
awards if the mark off sick. She has a point...the carrier apparently
has no regard for their employees' health and welfare and because of
the financial penalties involved, forces them to
work which creates an unsafe work environment for all other employees
in the terminal or road.
Where are the Unions...besides bumping dickheads in the Club House
locker room with the brass?
Now in regard to Retention Boards. An argument can be made that they
are questionable. If the entire purpose is to keep Federal and State
subsidies coming to CSX so they can train unnecessary people or
returning Vets, it may be fraudulent. The Dept. of Labor and Justice
Dept. should be notified so it can be investigated.
