The problem with this company is the management does not value its most
valuable resource, people!
MTO's have no accountability.
Your subordinate is a reflection of you!
You fired dedicated people, now you cannot run your trains!
All under the false flag of safety, intimidating your employees.
No warnings, just writing them up for the first perceived mistake.
Stop shooting yourself in the Foote.
That is your failure also.
You turning in failures is a failure of your self.
You start every shift with a shortcut.
Forcing employees to violate HOS.
Take some responsibility.
Coach and do not intimidate.
How many more careers will you ruin?
