So we have no control over CSX's nonstop contract violations,  declined
claims, putting profits over safety at every level of operations, and no
Pay raise in 2 1/2 years.. But, the one thing that gives me great
satisfaction when working a Local job is not charging the customer for
work performed. Yes, I never, ever charge customers for switching moves
done within their facility. These poor customers are already getting
poor service from CSX and getting raped up the ass on charges.  Guess
at the end of the day, all these Executives at CSX care about are
profits, i can do my part by giving it to the man and costing them as
much $$$ as humanly possible.
