CN managers are blowing smoke up your backside when they claim
ignorance to your union agreements. This is an old Hunter Harrison
trick. They have seasoned csx supervisors who work side by side with
them who can advise them. One phone call can clear up the matter. CSX
DID NOT REPLACE THEIR LABOR RELATIONS or LEGAL TEAMS WITH UNTRAINED
IDIOTS. THEY KNOW YOUR EXISTING AGREEMENTS. YOU ARE BEING PLAYED! IT IS
NOT ACCEPTABLE TO BE TOLD TO PUT IN A CLAIM IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID. FILE
ALL CLAIMS. DOCUMENT AND REPORT ALL VIOLATIONS. IF YOU MUST WHISTLEBLOW
THEN DO IT! You better wake up and get smart. HUNTER TRAINED THEM WELL!
Report all supervisors to your GC and ethics department who state they
do not care about your agreement or just put in a claim. If you don't
push back now you could be fighting this for years. Take matters into
your own hands or suffer the consequences!!!
