I don't do anything extra, its not worth it.  I take my rest day, mark
off sick once a month as allowed, and do no favors.  This company
doesn't deserve respect from the employees, and they bring it on
themselves!

I'm just waiting to be harassed the wrong way, they will slip, and my
lawyer will do the rest.  

I also feel sorry for these new conductors.  Talk about piss poor
training, hurry hurry and throw them to the dogs then fire them when
they screw up.  Sad example of how CSXT operates.  Wait a minute...ride
them, fire them, and that will create professional railroaders..lol 
I'm watching these guys mark up & then quit.  The turnover of
employees will increase under these conditions.  NAZI mentality!!
