During my time employed at CSXT,I had witnessed it go from good to very
bad. The men have no idea on how to stick together which has lead to
others (brothers) turning on one another. You could not rely on anyone
except yourself. The managers would tell you if you have any issues you
need to address that they always keep their doors open and all
conversations are confidential. Problem is if anyone spoke up the
conversations were not kept confidential and so more problems arised. I
had to wonder what type of individuals would look forward to destroying
a man or womans finnancial life, that seems to take pleasure in the
suffering of others?, and what kind of company is CSXT to codone such
behavior and infact promote it? CSXT SENT OUT A LETTER THAT SAID THEY
WERE GETTING RID OF THOSE THAT DID NOT COMPLY WITH THEM, LATER FOUND
OUT THAT IT DID NOT MATTER ,THAT MANAGERS WERE GIVEN THE GREEN LIGHT TO
FIRE ANYONE THAT THEY JUST DID NOT LIKE AND EVEN MADE THINGS UP TO
CHARGE OTHER BROTHERS WITH. They targeted those that did their jobs
,but stood up to the managers when the managers were in the wrong, they
fired quite a few great employees and I hope everyone of them return to
duty, but I also hope that CSXT and all the managers involved with the
wrongfull terminations they have been partaking in have to answer for
it in a court where CSXT is not the accussor, investigator,judge, jury
and executioner, but a real court filled with the hundreds they
wrongfully terminated. NS just went through this and it cost them 800
thousand dollars for wrongfully terminating three carmen, imagine if
CSXT had to pay this ten times over to the hundreds they recently had a
field day on firing wrongfully.
