So what your trying to say is Mr. Harrison had no problem allowing
crews to ignore Federal regulations on the movement of restricted
equipment. Its is well known that yard supervisors will fudge and look
the other way in order to move freight out of their yards to meet
departure times to save their own skin but if the CEO is aware and
allowing it we have a whole new ball game here. Does anyone have any
proof he was aware of it and allowed it or maybe encouraged it?
