NOMO,

I keep tract of everything that I do at work. Make a copy of
everything. My first O-Test was in Jan. 2004. Never had a bad mark till
I hit the road. I know for a fact that the yard people had it, or still
do, easier. I was in the yard 7 out of my 12 years. Yard workers can
make or break the company and they know it. When they did try coming
down on us too hard with excessive and bogus testing the UTU circulated
a form that we could fill out challenging the charges, etc... That
slowed things down alittle but that was it. After awhile the forms
disappeared and it was back to the same crap as usual. Like everything
else that Ive seen in the last 12 years. Blows over and is forgotten
about then it is back to the games as usual.
