Treated like second class citizens? Forced to break rules when it suits
them just to be stalked when you stand up to them or follow the rules
like the hypocrites preach but then break them themselves?
Can't get the FRA or damn union's to stand behind you when your right
and they know it? It's bull crap the shitz they do and just get
threatened or a piddly fine that is pocket change. Real easy to sit up
there in Jacksonville in their offices screaming get it done or off
with their heads! Then sit back and spy on a crew all day. Karma is a
bitch. One day they will wish they found something better to do with
their time!

This RAILROAD RETIREMENT imprisonment of people has got to end. How many

That post from corp is straight up!  We had an EX RF who is promoted up
the line tell us basically the same thing. Also said they were doing a
lot of random down loads. I remember when the camera was first put in
and the company and the  UNION both agreed it wasn't supposed to be
used to head hunt. If they did look at it when it wasn't triggered for
a violation they could only view and use it for training purposes. That
went out the door. Now they can head hunt you for any little petty
thing they want. On top of that, a few guys who said they were in the
room witnessed a TM showing the live video of a crew working to another
guy. Said they watch the job all the time because Jacksonville wants to
know why it takes so long to get it done and wants to see if the crew
is screwing off. 

So there you have it. They are stalking crews, not allowing any privacy
at all and will use it to nail anyone they have a hard on to the wall. 
Watch your back and every move you make. Oh and if they want rules
compliance then give it to them.

LOCO SCUM!

Well here we go again. The honest engineers now have to deal with yet
another program out there to monitor our every move because you cry
baby jackasses went and kept screwing with the TO and found a way to by
pass the percentages. They caught on to you and now all the rest of us
who don't deserve to be babysat all the time have to deal with more
big brother. Of course it doesn't really matter because we just do
what the hell we are told to do and don't give a f%^kin shit how fast
the damn trains run. When are you stupid jerks going to get it through
you stupid moronic heads that CSX doesn't give a rats ass about track
speed!  They get the trains across the rail. They plan for one crew and
12 hours. They push for less. Those other posters are right. Fire all of
you!  Get you the hell out of here. You sold your soul when you signed
on and you knew it. Don't like to do what you told get the hell out.
You just keep bringing down more shit on the rest of us who follow the
damn rules. You are nothing but trouble. Get out! Go drive a damn
truck. Get off the rails!

Corporate executives continue to line their pockets with our labor and
ensure the rules are written to favor them. Cameras on engines shows
the lack of trust created between a Corporation that no longer sells a
service product but a shareholder value product. CSX puts shareholder
value above everything including safety. I used to work on a Railroad
that cared about safety. There was a connection between the employees
and the corporation. Management would have a safety briefing at the
beginning of the shift. Trainmasters told us to take care of each
other. We had a common goal to service the customer. These Canadians
want men to get on and off moving equipment.Why? So they can extract as
much from men as possible for passive share holders value.

A Man values his co-workers and employees. This outfit doesn't. Greedy
higher-up, you know the impact of getting on and off moving equipment.
You know it wears out men's knees, ankles, shoulders and boots! You
don't care.

 How about the injurys from cars moving and people falling while
operating hand brakes?.How many people are put in harms way that could
have been avoided with a brakestick? Instead of money spent on drones,
buy the men tools. Keep employees out of harms way. Want employees to
feel like they are winning? Bring back a boot stipend. 
 If you cared about community in which you operate you would do this.
Then maybe you can rest assured knowing employees will do the right
thing. Let everyone win not just Shareholders. Until then keep spying
on your employees.

Loco, so you want some of us to take pay cuts to help others in the name
of brotherhood? You guys donít give a crap about each other any other
time.  Your fight should be with the company and not the employees. 
Maybe many of you shouldnít have marked off union business or FMLA so
much and bought all that useless expensive crap.  Try just doing your
job and quit worrying about what everyone else does. If the phone ring
wanting me to work, why should I turn it down?  I am here to feed my
family, not yours.  This temporary mess was caused by the pandemic, it
will come back. Sheesh.....

furloughs hundreds of people and then says we don't have anyone to

WOW!  If you haven't checked for observation test in awhile, you
better do it.  I had to jump through some crazy hoops to get a security
account set up just to view them. They have some kind of crazy security
program out there now. Had to link it to my phone and get codes and all
kinds of crap.  Just making it hard as hell to get in and see what they
are doing to you. If you didn't know, you have a right by law to view
you employee records. Any remarks they put into your personnel file
about out is not secret. You can request of copy of it.

The scabs are showing out now. 50 guys furloughed at my terminal but
sure Trainmaster I'll take that double ticket or roster call, I'll
step up as an engineer! But but but they forced me, I had to! Bullshit.
We all know that's not true. If you take extra work when guys are
furloughed, you are a company dick sucker, plain and simple.

T&E 

Watch your backs 24/7 on the locomotives. Orders have been put out to
begin activating the live feed on random crews on a weekly basis. Jobs
that take too long Will be monitored during their trip to analyze the
reasons for what is considered excessive time. Trainmasters have been
ordered to use live feed. Several crews have been viewed while working
and charged with rules violations. It has been reported that a crew was
counseled over the locomotive radio to stop violating a conduct rule
while still in the cab. Crews are being watched on live feed. 
Do not exit bathrooms without your clothes fitting properly. Do not
change any of your clothing while in the cab.
All female crew members be extremely careful what type of shirt/top you
are wearing. They can zoom in and view into the top of your shirts. Be
careful not to scratch, tug or adjust any clothing that could be viewed
in an embarrassing manner.
You are being viewed on live feed. You will never know when they are
doing it unless you are counseled for something they find
inappropriate. Treat each camera as actively viewing your activity as
soon as you walk into the cab. There is absolutely no privacy at any
time.
