csx is supposed to be the number two vetrans hire company ive worked
with csx for 7 months now and i cant even take a day off for medical
reasons. i also cant receive fmla even for millitary medical reasons or
to take care of my dissabled daughter this company is some thing else i
think i would rather be back in the army geting shot at and sleeping in
a hole in the ground thank you have a good day

Work out of west pittsburgh, going to get fired soon next week or 2 for
missing calls.  Had doctors slip for one but deemed not acceptable. 
Anyone have any suggestions or the name of a good attorney in the area
that might be able to help me? Don't want to go down without a fight.

WEBMASTER!

Please do all of us a favor and remove some of the low class discusting
post that have been put on here about a particular female who supposidly
works for csx.  A few have crossed the line and are doing nothing but
making this site look like a nasty dumping ground instead of what it
was intended to be.... a site to disclose and discuss unethical and
unsafe behaviors of the csx corporation.

RE; UP chief comments...

The railroad seems to be operating smoothly. All rail stocks were down
due to market gyrations.
The ceo was paid an insane amount of money for such a brief tenure. And
maybe he has enough money to solve all his health issues or at least
enough time to think about the furloughed.

To the guy with the detailed post about Laura touchstone. There must be
another ho bag Laura touchstone who works at csx. The one you are
describing doesn't look anything like the miss piggy lookin thang
I've seen. Every time I see her she's wearing clothes 3 times to
small with her stretch marked up pork belly spilling out. Dude if you
are hung up on that go get some help. That ho just plain ass nasty. No
amount of $ could make me hit that. Everyone knows she got all kinds of
VD.

UP chief will take a medical leave of absence

Union Pacific CEO to take medical leave
The Associated Press OMAHA, Neb. -- Union Pacific says its chief
executive will take a medical leave of absence to be treated for
pancreatic cancer.
James Young will step down as president and CEO of the country's
largest railroad, but remain chairman of its board during his
treatment. The 59-year-old was elected CEO and president in 2006 and
became chairman the following year.
John Koraleski, Union Pacific's executive vice president for marketing
and sales, will serve as acting president and CEO until Young returns.
Koraleski joined the company in 1972 and has held a number of executive
positions including executive vice president for finance and chief
financial officer of Union Pacific Railroad.
Union Pacific shares slipped 48 cents to $111.05 in premarket trading.

Switch obstruction tag. Just got failed recentley for not seeing this
thin piece of material held to the inside of the switch points.It was
raining out and with saftey glasses make something that small awful
hard to see. I can see why people get so bitter towards csx. It even
showed on the locomotive video i clearly looked at my switch
points.Sure wish the union could help more on this test.

NAZI SAFETY TACTICS CREATING A HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT.   OSHA COULD
BE NOTIFIED THEY SEEM TO HAVE SOME TEETH.   YOU MIGHT BE TAGGED FOR
EXTERMINATION ALREADY IF NOT LATER.   MAYBE OSHA WILL READ IT ON HERE
LOL     ANOTHER CHICKEN SHIT eXPRESS SO CALLED OPERATIONAL TEST   THE
FRA IS CORRUPT   CALL YOU US SENATOR OR REPRESENTATIVE AND ASK FOR HELP
EXPLAIN HOW THEY ARE CREATING A SAFETY HAZARD FOR THE PUBLIC.

I just love seeing all of these posts about Laura Touchstone. I got one
up on all of the crabs/clap crews that say they tagged her. I really
have and even got her before all of you dirty ass T&E crews. She always
used to walk by my console and smile at me. Eventually she stated
stopping by with a conversation here and there. One thing led to
another and we decided to rent a hotel room down by Riverside. I will
tell you at that time she had a nice tight body for having a couple of
kids. Her rack for her petite size is a good 36c. She does like it
dirty in all positions especially doggie with alittle hair pulling and
ass slapping. I've dropped a load on her rack, the back of her ass and
yes inside her. Again this was before all of the T&E whores claimed her.
We banged about 5 times and left it at that. I almost banged her in her
upstairs office in West Jax but got a BJ instead. She did swallow. I'm
glad I got my piece of ass before you all ragged it out if you claimed
you did. I touched her g-stone... HAHA! Man if her brother (Arthur)
only new how wild she can be.

Sick Building???  Is the Crew Management Building a toxic environment
that is making employees sick.  Mold, asbestos or other toxins being
ventilated throughout the building.
Hazardous chemicals being handled by TDSI next to the Crew Management
Building, EPA Super Site within 3 blocks of the Crew Management
Center.
Air quality check made by EPA on February 23,2012.  Where are the
results?  Has information been released to employees?
Yes.  Crew Management AVP said everything is fine.

Is anyone naive enough to believe this?  Where is the Union?  Sitting
on is thinking apparatus again?

OSHA Fines: Pay attention folks, OSHA is doing more to combat harassment
than your local, general, or international safety captains.
Maybe the "TE&Y" personnel should all be federalized to eliminate
harassment and corruption in the ranks?

If your union bosses won't protect you, OSHA will!

Had the same thing happen to a fellow worker.  Go to the web site of
Cahill,Goetsch and Perry. They just won a lawsuit in federal court on
behalf of a conductor who was disciplined on sick time off. Get your LC
to look into it. It is published on their site under FRSA rulings. If
he/she wont get involved then call the attornies yourself. Courts are
starting to see what is really going on out here and are taking a stand
in our behalf....

I've been on the railroad for ten years all with CSX. In those ten
years I've never had a derailment, run through switch, crossing
incident, NOTHING! I went through the rehab program last year and have
been totally compliant with my program and EAP Supervisor. My wife fell
and broke her shoulder in January and had to have surgery. I laid odd
sickness in family and got a dr's excuse to give the trainmaster who
in turn calls the hospital to check the validation of the excuse. They
(CSX) holds a board on me and the trainmaster withholds evidence in the
board and immediately pulls me out of service and denies all claims. I
feel like i'm being harrassed and discriminated against. Of course I
offered for the supervisor to speak to the dr instead of violating my
hippa rights. They are determined to terminate me. Ten years no
incidents and they wanna fire me. GO FIGURE????

RE: Threats, Intimidation & Harassment by CSX Officials and
Whistleblower Protection…URGENT INFORMATION!
Recently in the past few weeks, unethical and illegal actions by CSX
T&E Terminal Management in Newport News, VA have created a very
unsettling situation
that requires a legal response by the United Transportation Union local
6662 on behalf of its members performing service in the CSX Newport
News, VA Terminal.

PLEASE NOTIFY A UTU 662 OFFICER, LOCAL CHAIRMAN OR VICE LOCAL CHAIRMAN
ASAP IF YOU ARE BEING INTIMIDATED, HARRASSED OR THREATENED IN ANY WAY
TO PERFORM SERVICE THAT CONTRADICTS ANY OPERATING RULE, SAFETY
PROCEDURE OR FRA MANDATE. PLEASE MAKE NOTES OF THE INCIDENT AND HAVE
WITNESSES THAT CAN BACK UP YOUR STATEMENT.

There have been several incidents over the past few weeks in which CSX
T&E Employees working assignments in the Newport News Terminal were
instructed to perform illegal operating practices by CSX Management.
Several of our members were harassed, intimidated and threatened by CSX
Officials when the member questioned or challenged the instruction.

These incidents involved:

· T&E yard crews being instructed to assist other yard crews that are
not assigned as a Utility Person. You are reminded that you cannot
assist and attach yourself to another crew unless you are performing
service as a Utility Person per FRA & CSX Operating Rules.
· Other incidents involved had yard crews being instructed to drive CSX
company vehicles while on duty. While this is not illegal per the
operating rules, it is a violation of the UTU CSRA Agreement Article
28. If you are instructed to drive a CSX company vehicle while you are
on duty performing service, please notify CSX that you will drive the
vehicle as instructed but YOU ARE CLAIMING 1 DAY PENALTY per the CSRA
Agreement. Per the CSRA, only Utility Persons are authorized to drive
CSX company vehicles while on duty to perform Utility Service, not
regular Trainman Service such as RCO Crews or Conductor/Brakeman.
· ADDITIONALLY, IF YOU NEED A RIDE WHILE ON DUTY IN THE NEWPORT NEWS
YARD, PLEASE REQUEST A RIDE VIA THE YARDMASTER. Please make sure that
CSX Clerks or PTI Drivers are giving you the ride as it their job to do
so. Please do not use your own vehicle for on duty work on CSX
Property.
· Taking Breaks or demanding Meal Periods while on duty.

As a result of the culmination of the above mentioned transgressions,
on Wednesday March 7, 2012, CSX Management in Newport News, VA violated
Federal Law and the CSX Code of Ethics by removing, demolishing &
re-locating the UTU Office to a smaller room that is not secure proof.
This action is the result of retaliation by CSX Newport News Terminal
Management when UTU 662 Members who are CSX Employees reported rules
and ethics violations committed by CSX Terminal Management in Newport
News. Not only was the UTU Office moved without the Local’s permission,
the CSX Newport News Terminal Manager threatened to destroy and throw
away our property, files and documents that must be retained and kept
on file for federal regulatory compliance. Many of these files
contained several of our members personal and employment information
such as Social Security Numbers. The CSX Newport News Terminal Manager
threatened to throw all of these documents in the dumpster without
proper disposal or the UTU’s permission or notice thereof. This Office
is also shared by the BLET and TCU. Their possessions were also moved
without their permission or notice thereof.

These illegal and unethical actions by CSX Terminal Management in
Newport News, VA have been reported to the CSX Ethics Hotline, CSX
Division Management in Huntington, CSX Labor Relations in Jacksonville,
FRA, OSHA & US Department of Labor. The CSX Newport News Terminal
Manager was previously cited and charged for ethics and rules
violations by the FRA in 2006.
