The Ryan Budget doesn't take away the RRB pension. What it would do is
lower the tier 1 portion which is the counterpart to social security.
That could be a loss of hundreds of dollars. It's republican politics
at it's worse. They aren't stopping at going after federal, state
goverment employees now they're attacking the private sector.
