dispatcher who said he's been alerted by train crews spotting wayward
cows and drunk men wandering too close to the tracks. Stewart said he
can respond by ordering nearby trains to slow down and calling
authorities near the scene....
Talking about brain dead idiots---Duh-- TWO calls---Geez, that would be
any day for an hour---Where are the thousands of calls brain dead
Then where the two workers were killed by Amtrak---""CSX had no way
to contact Amtrak" about a broken train. So what does Dispatch do??
