There is actually a sidewalk that is mid block in either Biloxi or 
Gulfport, MS that has, had a gate. I'm sorry I don't remember which,
maybe someone on the NO&M will chime in.

Nothing good happens at 0245 around RR tracks. If they were standing in
the gauge, it was a suicide, if they were outside the gauge it could
have been an accident. Mrs. Petersen didn't say if alcohol was
involved, I'll bet there was. Your son and his girlfriend were
trespassing on private property...that's why no attorney will take the
case on a contingency fee basis, it's a loser. If you are willing to
hire the attorney outright, I'm sure one will gladly take it. That's
also why CSX won't pay anything.

I sorry for your loss. These incidents are much too common, I've never
seen a number but there are probably 3 or 4 of these a week across the
U.S.
