RRJ,
I can tell you the railroad never flooded the boards before the
guarantee came on board. The 50% to 80% is something that you dreamed.

Folks started working the x board and lived with it, and 1 day per
month kept the insurance in force. ya might starve but we had health,
and life insurance.

I never saw the 50%/ 80% it was more like Zero percent. If they got cut
off they lost the insurance, or bought their own, and came back when
business was better.

Man tell it right, if you know, and stand by quietly if you do not
know.
