If inflation by the feds standards is 4% I'd be getting a nice raise
with my railroad retirement. But, it isn't. RRB even though it has
nothing to do with Social Security our increase is based on it. It's
closer to the 2%. We'll get some kind of increase not much. 3 out of
the past 6 years we didn't get anything because the feds said there
was no inflation or it was so low it was like .06%.
