Newbie,

Hold out if you can for the up or cn or anyone other than csx. Lowest
paying class 1 in the country. I would check with UP first. They make
at least a thousand buck more a half! Unless your just a foamer who
loves trains and doesnt care about the money!

One of the CSX track inspectors, Adam Flowers was recently pulled out of
service again. This time was for falsifying track inspection documents
and padding the payroll. He must be one of Hawthorn's finest, since
he screws up badly and always returns to work.
We were told in a safety overlap that Mr. Flowers is returning soon,
that his BMWED daddy is making deals to get him back to work AGAIN! It
appears the FRA was never notified of the misconduct regarding the false
track inspection reports as they never were in a similiar incident
around 2010 at the same place.

To my fellow CSX-Sucks users, I'm sending my apology now about putting
this on every post,. Hopefully as you scroll throughout the forums
today, you'll understand why I did this.

LOL

Its time to give up on last years news. Laura is old news and we've
moved on to topics that require thought, and maybe a bit of insight.

Why don't you put your big boy pants on and join us at the grown up
table as we adults discuss matters of value and importance. For
example..... ways we can work together to keep our job while facing
continued attacks on our lively hood by CSX's crack management team.

Hey Dave:

It's easy to to something when there are no consequences.

Your only mistake was not dumping it on the spot...if you're goin'
down, might as well take the real POS with you!!!

Nomo

You don't know how many times I have picked up my supposedly clean
engines from the engine house in several different yards.

More than once the the toilet has been full, and the engine smelled.
When I've complained to the train master, road foreman of engines, or
the engine house supervisor I've been shown how to drain the tank once
I get down the road. God forbid we fix the problem, OR hold the guy who
signed off on the engine accountable. Instead I'm told to dump the
tank somewhere down the road.

Of course I'm sure that if I did dump the tank along side the road, as
I've been shown to do, everyone that took the time to show me how to
dump the tank along side the rail would deny it if I got caught.

You just have to love the incompetence (or amount of family members)
that CSX promotes into their management. To bad upper management
isn't held to the same standards that they hold the everyone else to,
but that's another post.

has anyone sent a question to the fra by email? I have looked at several
of their websites and I cant find any email address that you can send
them questions about some of their rules. I would think they would have
a division that handles questions and concerns about their rules and
regulations. If anyone can help that would be great. I would call them
but I would rather have a written response than just a conversation on
the phone.

Dumping a retention tank on the ground at the engine house is like
shitting in your bed and sleeping in it.

Only difference is, it's not illegal to shit in your bed!

csxsucks,

If you dont work for the boss man anymore there is no reason you cant
take this stuff to the fra. May have a hard time proving things without
pics and recordings, but if this bullshit is going on we could get
killed out there. BAD WHEELS> What the hell. You wouldnt put up with
someone putting bad tires on your cars. You need to do the right thing
and blow them out of the water. As for dumping a retention tank on the
ground, Im guessing your talking about the toilet. Wow, you mean they
actually dump one when it gets full before we have to smell it spilling
over on the floor? When did you see it dumped. A year ago?
