I never thought I would see the day that I actually was rooting for a
TM to get a major failure on anyone until today.
There was a loud mouth dumb ass siting in the crew room bragging how he
never gets copies of the bulletins. Reads over them but F...k that
making copies to carry. Said he hasn't done that in months. Trying to
act like some big shot. What retard didn't know is TM was in ear shot.
 The TM stepped out and asked him why he thought he was above the rules
and didn't have to carry  the rules like everyone else. Ask if he
thought he was special. The look on the dick heads face was priceless!
Then he asked to see his bulletins. He told him his grip was in the
other room so tm says let's go get them. I don't want to see someone
on the street for 30 days but this dumb ass had it coming. I actually
hoped he didn't have them. Get that idiot out of here. He got lucky.
He was just a loud mouth who was full of shit and had them. Now he's
the little man on campus! Today I had some respect for a tm's job. I
couldn't deal with that stupid crap. That idiots going to get alot of
testing on him now.  Just hope who ever is working with him doesn't
get hit because of his stupid crap!

lonely at home because your such a loyal employee to CSX. And you might
get a bonus. When cup cake takes your annual income statement to her
lawyer. That you will end up paying for, the judge is going to base her
child support and alimony on your income with your bonuses. So now for
you to make ends meet your going to have to work even more, but then
again as you get a raise or larger bonus. So does cup cake when she
takes you back to court, again legal fees. By the time she is done with
you, your better off getting into a boxcar on an out going train and
never come back.

Your lucky at CSX that Hh died and went to hell karma. Foote is a light
weight compared to what Hh was. Hh had supervisors pulling wrenches
switching cars etc. If a higher up seen any slacker supervisors that
did not put out or work there days off they where fired. It was sick
supervisors doing union work. But I think that is still going to happen
at CSX yet. Foote is a light weight compared to what Satan Hh was. You
guys never even got a taste of Hh like the beating we took at cn cp.

As for your unions? Yes, I will say this. Be glad you have them on the
railroad along with the Railway Labor Act. Only uneducated and
unappreciative individuals denounce railroad unions. Theyíve been
around 100 years and no matter how many managers or management styles
come and go, the rail labor unions remain and so does the Railway Labor
Act. I got involved in management because I knew I could be a better
manager than the one leading me. Being in the union is the same. If you
donít like the direction of the union, get involved and make it better.
If you donít want to make it better, leave the railroad and go work at
Wendyís. Iím sure youíll get it then.

I think one thing people donít understand is the unions pose a clear and
present danger to the American way of life. Society has been set up for
these organizations to manipulate our ways of life in sequence with the
carrier. Imagine if you had the choice to use your dues the way you
wanted. The old heads, whoís broke asses canít even get off the
engines, carry their cpap machines, have ruined it. Itís time to take

Your right about that but what most csx employees forget is they don't
need to go to their unions when the company is violating state or
federal laws. There are laws protecting workers who are needing time
off for medical treatment and are disciplined for doing so. You don't
have to go through your unions when laws are being broken. People
don't understand this and don't understand their full rights to
whistle blow either. 

MEMMBERS!!!! Quit wasting your time with your unions when your state
and federal rights are violated. CSX is not nor will they ever be
allowed to break state and federal laws that protect their employees. 
The employees do not live and work outside of state and federal laws
just because they work for a railroad!

That's a great post but when your union works 10 times slower than the
company it's not a fair game.  Why do we have to put up with the
nonsense in the first place?  CSX is probably one of, if not the most
manipulative corporation on the planet.  They twist and change contract
language to their benefit to abuse and intimidate employees.  So while I
support what you're saying, most employees just don't even want the
hassle to fight what they feel is a constant losing battle.

The Unified plan 2020 is going to happen friend's.. just posting it so
all railroaders can think ahead be aware and prepare.. All will go to
precision Scheduled railroading.. its all about the OR...operating
ratio... "how much is spent to make 1 dollar profit"...United Parcel
Service were the ones who designed it from the beginning... HH adopted
it for railroad... Union Pacific CSX and Canadian Pacific will merge...
BNSF Norfolk Southern and Canadian National will merge..Kansas City
Southern above the border will be absorbed by 1 of the mega railroads
mentioned above. Kansas City Southern de-mexico will remain
independant.. watch and see friend's this will take place..

I said on here before at cn and cp they trained office staff and
managers to run the trains. They said it was in case of a strike. But
Hh cut staff so deep they where running the trains with these fast
tracked office staff and managers. They had no field experience just
trained in a simulater. And the company covered up the mistakes and
accidents that where caused by these unskilled operators. I was told
that this would never happen at CSX. Iím waiting to see if Foote will
be desperate enough to train non union people to run the trains because
of short staffing and cuts. Foote has repeated everything so far at CSX
that he and Hh did in Canada. It is  a wait and see time!
