Here’s my win from the railroad. Taking 8 hour dumps on company time and
getting paid for it. The hell with fixing locomotives.

Another thing they are not telling the sheepal,is that electric semi
trucks are so heavy with batteries ,that they can only carry half the
freight of a diesel semi. Another win for the railroads.

The more electric cars that hit the street, the more oil natural gas and
coal will be needed to generate electricity. Wind and solar produce 5%
of electricity. And cost a fortune to make and years and years to
produce profit. Trains are going to be shipping oil for decades to
come. That’s where I’ve invest my money is rr stock.

No More Ef's to Give!
I don't have to worry, I'm one of only about 5 guys in my terminal
that do not have FMLA. 0 points and no FMLA. I do not feel bad for
those that get themselves in trouble with points.

Not to play devil's advocate here but when you had to call to mark off
fmla they made sure you were eligible and then you called CM and marked
off accordingly. Now if you mark off you better make sure it's within
the parameters you were granted fmla for, otherwise, guess what? If
they determine you were not eligible you will be awarded points and I
know for a fact that a lot of people with fmla can't afford anymore
points. Just my two cents for what it's worth. Been around the block
too long to believe any differently! Just Saying!!! Just another way to
drain the csx swamp of the people that want to work part time! Believe
me I get it why most have it including myself, just be careful and
protect yourself. You are all you have! Just remember that the system
will not determine your eligibility.

Curious to what caused the 180 turnaround on marking off FMLA. I called
the infobot to take late mark up and it stated that "Those with FMLA
no longer have to call the FMLA Desk to mark off FMLA".
Did the union actually win won or did the FRA or Gov't step in?

Only 1 yard job at our location and far too many cars to switch. So now
they are having the inbound crews on road trains that have a set out
and/or a pick up and have time left to grab tracks and start switching
them. Just because they refuse to put another yard job on. This outfit
just finds ways to make our job worse and worse. No overtime because
you outlaw before overtime starts. So short on engineers you are 1st
out by the time you are rested.

Wallstreet is very interested in canadien tar sands oil. Now that biden
has canceled XL pipe line and is capping fracking wells. Canadian oil
cheaper and unlimited supply, and Biden’s green freinds are happy pipe
line shut down. Biden’s Wall Street freinds are major share holders in
many railroad stocks. As the economy flashes back up the demand for oil
will be high. The winners are the railroads that ship oil!

Wall Street has its eye on Canadian tar sands oil,why it is still
cheaper than fracking. Biden is going to cap fracking wells , this way
he makes his green friends happy. As the economy picks up the demand
for oil is going to have to be met by imports. And since pipeline XL
and others are cancelled. The railways are going to be busy shipping
million of Barrels a day.

They didn't put a fence around the White House for security or to keep
people out, it was put there to keep No Mind Biden from wondering off
