Regardless of whether or not the company brought it on themselves, Fmla
abuse still screws over all your co workers. Anyone that has Fmla
should be forced to the xtra boards period. Bet there wouldn't be so
many with Fmla if that were the case.

Shercom man dies on the job. Company shamed not forced to put in safety
switch on piece of equipment that could of saved a life. Then
government imposes small fine. Back to business as usual. Switch cost $
2000.00. Should of been in place before man died. Several hazard reports
put in before accident which where ignored.

Sorry to say that there is FMLA abuse. Everyone knows it. The ones that
take it for migraines, sneezes, diarrhea and upset stomachs do not
belong on the RR. It is selfish, unprofessional and a burden on your
coworkers. Unfortunately, some innocent people will go down because of
the abusers. Take disability and find another job. Everyone around you
knows what you are doing and really does not like you anyway.

Iím retired last year. I asked the same thing at cp. told that if
management does not want to wear Ppe so be it. If they want to work
unsafe and get hurt they have to answer to there bosses. But if
management does things that affect the safety of the union members then
it gets full attention. The government watch dogs have a title great pay
and benefits. They go threw the motions to protect there phoney balloney
jobs. The government is not going to interfere in railway business.
Until members of the public are affected and there is a public out cry.
Big business does what they want and if damage to property or life is
done. They compinsation with money,no one goes to jail. Thatís my two
cents worth!

UNIONS!!!!

You LC's are apparently on here all the time along with the FRA and
other federal agencies.  Got a question for you.  How many more years
are you guys going to sit  back and allow csx management to break their
own rules all the time just to get things done quicker or to keep their
asses out of hot water for late trains and dwell time. How about you
pushing a change in the good faith challenge rules and start making
them cover more incidents. Like breaking the class 1 brake test laws.
How about them walking around without flash lights and proper PPE in
the fields. How about them using the phones all the time and calling
the crews all day long leaving messages and then busting our asses
because we didn't call them throughout the day and tell them every
time you took a piss!  How come the managers get to break the rules
that guys I have worked beside have been written up for. This horse
shit of coming up with rumor mill rules and nothing in writing has
gotten out of hand for way too long.  Why don't you do something about
this. I have reported this crap. I have called the ethics committee. I
have stepped up.  Now how about you doing your part in this. Why
doesn't the union circulate a system wide form to all union members
that you fill out with all we have seen and encountered. Make it
confidential. No names required. Just dates and who was doing it. Start
collecting information. That would be a start. Let management know they
got to play by the rules too. DO something!

Cond.1-10

Big mouth pie hole mole.  If you aren't a company mole then you need
to get your shit together. You think its funny. People are sitting at
home without a damn job because of this crap. You think this is a joke.
No one knows how long they will be out. No one knows what this rat hole
company has up their sleeve. Rumors are they are saying that they had
to whistleblow/report because if they have suspicions that someone is
breaking federal law they will be just as liable for not reporting as
the person breaking the law. If they think your breaking FMLA law they
have to stop your activities until it is further investigated. That
means pull you out of service. You might get back to work and get back
pay but you can bet your ass the company wont get in any hot water for
this. Don't blame the unions either. They aren't a federal agency .
If the feds say what they did is within their rights then the unions
cant do a thing about it. All they can do is protest and raise hell.
You people have got to learn what power the unions have and don't
have.  Quit being a smart ass and making jokes about this. Peoples
lives are screwed up right now and they aren't laughing at home.

harrison created? Then undo a lot of Harrison's work.

From rumors I hear he is a younger version of the old man only worse.
His current employer paid 25 million to settle his theft or espionage
from his previous employer. In what world does your employer pay 25
million for the things you took without permission and then get a
promotion to CEO. Bad deal... all around. Well unfortunately I believe
this is the calm before the Creel storm. I guess it can get worse.

ALL IDIOT POSTERS

What the hell is wrong with you. LC and OOS is trying to help that
stupid kid. He has already given up too much info. If you are really a
railroad employee then you have to know how the company goes after
anyone who has anything bad to say about them. Quit encouraging this
guy. I think your the company mole. Your just trying to get him to
reveal more than he has. I noticed he said he was going back to his
crib. Im guessing he aint no country guy and a good chance he's black.
Just guessing. He also said he sits in the hotel and takes care of his
business so we know he's most likely on a pool. You all know how it
works out here. They are already probably trying to piece it together.
What happens is they decide they know who it is and wait till he gets
back and then stalks him. what happens if they got the wrong guy and
they start stalking the poor guy and he get pulled out of service for a
bunch of trumped up bullshit failures he didn't deserve.
