we here in the yard have been told, you will be ready to work as soon as
your shift begins. if your yard jobs starts at 1500 you will be ready to
walk out to your power at 1500. if its snowing outside , you will have
your anti slip spike boots on at 1500 and they are implying that they
want you putting your boots on , your vest on and safety glasses on at
home and being ready to work at your on duty time. and if you are not
ready you better have a answer for them why you are not dressed and
ready. only acceptable answers will be getting bulletins, getting job
briefing , or waiting on power. so if its 1505 and you don't have your
boots on you will be written up . you drinking a coffee and eating a
doughnut at 1503... bam written up......saying hello to a co worker you
haven't seen in a while and bam...... write up. so now you can get on
and off moving equipment and not get in trouble, but not have on YOUR
csx safety gear on and ready to go 2 minutes after you star time
BAM........... WRITTEN UP!!!!!!!!!

You really need to think this one through. Why in the world would a
company who has spent millions of dollars on enforcing safety all of
the sudden allow its employees to step off of moving equipment.  Year
after year you have been hammered for every little safety violation
they could throw at you and now they have decided to let you do
something that you could possibly stumble and injure yourself. Stepping
off of moving equipment will not save enough time to warrant such a
decision. Production will not increase from this decision but injuries
might. What possible reason could they have for making this choice?
Think about it.

Well little birdie, we all know you're Comer.  You can BS some other
people but you can't BS me. You are nothing but a loudmouth, bigmouth
absolute know nothing. Hell, even the Fed's know you are a LIAR. You
run your mouth more than anybody I've ever seen . And son, anytime you
want to come put a lop on me, all I can say is bring it. You have let
your mouth overload your ass.  You have an alligator mouth and a
Mockingbird ass.  Your problem is you can't accept the truth.  You are
nothing but a bloodsucking parasite. You have no clue how the railroad
or how it operates nor do you know anything about personal

I've never seen anybody blame the railroad on sunlight or snow or the
weather.  People run around a crossing gates and get hit by train but
yet it's the railroads fault because the color of the engine or the
pavement was a different color than the sky.  You are a worthless POS.

I have a tendency to believe this! Why else would an incoming healthy
CEO not allow his health records to be evaluated? The hedge fund is
attempting to do what a hedge fund does and that is to rob a company
blind and leave the wake of destruction to the successors. If EHH was
healthy we would have seen a lot more action by now. EHH is allowing
his name to be used with the promise he will be reimbursed what he gave
up at CP plus 10 fold. I for one don't think it will work but only time
will tell. It was mentioned earlier that it was not about the money as
EHH has plenty of money but then in the next sentence it mentions that
EHH will resign if the $84 million that he gave up leaving the CP is
not paid by the csx shareholder vote. Sounds to me that it is in fact
about the money. If his health isn't failing it would have been a lot
easier to stay at CP a few more months and collected what was owed to
him and then come to CSX and rob them blind. Just my opinion for what
it's worth but none of this is adding up.

a reason why isn't it a requirement on the FRA safety data along with
traffic counts--school buses---crossing angle.

What's it take to do---yard stick--laser level--30' tape measure. The

over the country sit with there heads up the railroads hershey

Its already started.  The rath of the great white HUNTER has already
started.  Avon hump crews are already following one of his orders that

of 3 cars are going to the same place, each car will be cut off
individually.  Now I don't know about you but it sounds like someone
might end up getting carpal tunnel of the elbow! Can you image
on a hump for 8 hours pulling cut levers on 110 car trains going over
the hill. 
He also has put the order out that 8 hours on a local or yard job is 8
HOURS PERIOD!!!  You cant bust your arss anymore and get the car count
that Jacksonville has always required so you can get done a little
early or take just a few more minutes for lunch. If you are on an 8
hour job your butt better be there 8 hours. You actually get your
work done early and get back to the yard if you got any time left your
going to be put to work in the yard.  Your on a relief dog catch crew
and you drag in a couple trains and got time left you will sit on your
butt for the remainder of the time or the TM will find you any crap
they can think of to keep you moving around for no less than 8 hours. 

Interesting to see how they rape and violate long pool crews coming in
as a J JOB or dog catching job out of the hotel. You sit in the hotel
for 15 hours and they decide to dead head you home because there are
too many crews there the chief will put you on a relief crew ticket
make you work for 12 hours. There is no such thing as an 8 hour job on
trip rated long pool hauls. No assigned start and end times for these
pool. You get put on a dog catching ticket they are going to run you
into the ground for 12 hours. If there is nothing to drag in on your
way home in the wagon you will be put to work when you get to the
3-4 hour wagon ride then a J JOB dog for no less than 4... Its coming!
If your pool is being used as an extra board all the time get ready to
get your eyes screwed out. 
So get ready to buy some new boots and FOR GOD SAKES START FILLING

Anybody know where the injured employee that was hurt on the Main St.
Boloxi crossing suit would be? Only 2 1/2 years and nothing on the web
about any collision which is really strange.

Crossing ID 340185W  ==  On Aug 28, 2014 a FREIGHT TRAIN operated by
CSX Transportation [CSX ] hit a TRUCK & TRAILER at approximately 
9:04PM in Mississippi in HARRISON county  on MAIN ST road.  The
incident occurred in/near BILOXI city. The rail equipment was reported
to have been traveling at 044 Mph with  2 locomotive(s) and  25
cars(s).  The TRUCK & TRAILER had been traveling in a northerly
The railroad was operating on main line track over a public road
crossing.  It was clear, at night and the temperature was  86.  There
were  0 death(s) and   1 injured in this incident and a Railroad
Injury/Illness Report (form FRA-55a) was also filed. The male driver
was stalled or stuck   on the crossing and was reported to have stopped
on crossing.  There were  0 occupant(s) in the vehicle.  The view of the
track was not obstructed. The railroad was transporting hazardous
material. A Rail Equipment Accident Report (form FRA 6180-54) was also
filed.   The crossing was protected by:                                
flashing lights, Standard flashing lights, Bells (audible), Crossbucks 
 Other devices
