tracks crossing their driveway, and what kind of moron would bitch about
the railroad when you are the one that moved next to it???

Family.
You got them driving through your property or fields just block the
road. Not a thing they can do. I let them use my field but don't have
to. Already talked to my lawyer. They can get out and walk to their
train. Still tresspassing. From what I've seen it wouldn't hurt a
few of them to get out and walk. Been sitting too long. Big as a
stuffed pig on Christmas day!

Yo

Blocking my drive for 30-45 minutes waiting for anything is bull crap.
Cut your train! Red signal or not. But then from what I've read on
here most of you are too lazy to get down and inspect trains going by.
Boo hoo! One guy gets hit with a shoe years ago your all afraid. How
about people who have been killed walking around equipment. Don't hear
all of you refusing to do work around the cars!

Hey dumbass blocking a crossing because you're staring at a red signal
is entirely different than stopping a train for some smokes when a
clear signal is lit up.

YO

So what is your point. Road crews block roads all the time out there
while they are sitting and waiting for better sigs or to be recrewed.
The Eville crews stop and block a private crossing constantly in
Terrehaute at Mill dam road. Those people have no way out of their
drive unless they drive through a grass field and use their neighbors
drive. The damn ambulance service that was called there had to climb
through a train once to get help to them until the sheriff was called
and forced them to move the damn train. Its been going on for years. So
a guy stops for 3 minutes and pisses of a pedestrian who has a hard on
for railroaders and wants to make some news and they are treated like
first class criminals. I say no more blocking roads for more than 3
minutes. The rule should be the same for all crews.

The good ole dekra survey did manage to get some utu fuck heads off
safety a few days. The ones off was that group of losers who will try
to use the Union for a stepping stone to a trainmasters position.
Same type of personality. Full of shit and needs to be in the middle
of everything.

Jesus man!!!! Could we get just one trip without a defect detector
giving us the WRONG AXLE COUNT! Put a frickin man on the moon and you
cant get equipment that is accurate? Just fix the stuff! Instead of
spending money on publicity stunts and trying to get pats on the back,
hire someone who knows how to program the equipment for good! Enough

I remember that group that came around and did that study. One of the
questions that was asked was what kind of sleep pattern did the workers
have and how was it affected by the calling process. Over 90% of the
new hires who had less than 6 months reported they were all waking up
thinking they heard the phone ring and called in to make sure they
didn't miss a call and get fired. They all were just dreaming and
weren't really called. If that wasn't proof of the psychological
effects of fear from the job then I don't know what is! Fear of a
missed call!

Dekra survey ROlTFlMAO. The carrier must have received a report that
they're the problem. That would be the only reason why we never heard
anymore about it.

NO! Unless the survey is favorable for the companies image and their
agenda you will not. Where you around when the company brought in an
outside source that did a psychological study on the effects on the
body and sleep patterns as well as mental fatigue on the workers? They
ended up submitting results that supported the facts that the lack of
sleep and call patterns that were happening all hours of the night and
day were causing major fatigue and stress and was hazardous to the
workers health and safety. Where did those study results go? File 13.
