Now is the time to rid CSX of the Nazi SS Brownshirts. I am sure they
are all on pins and needles.

Ward should get rid of the Atlanta Sta lag training center and move it
out to a more central location and out of the crime and drug infested
area it is located.

IF you don't like the company why work there? The good thing about this
great country God Made, is that you are free to work anywhere and not
forced to work here. So again I ask, why stay here? Why not leave? Oh
that's right, you can't get a BETTER job else where.

Somebody explain how the stock can be between $50 and $75 when sold and
under $25 when handed out?

Start 598,025 shares
(@ todays stock price)

10/24/2011
Gift of 160,000 shares by Michael J. Ward to a phanthom 501(c)(3)
charitable organization.
$22.82 x 160,000 = Ward gave away $3,651,200 to phantom charity.
Leaving 598,025 shares which 505,350 were from stock split. So on
6/15/11 Ward must of had 252,675 shares worth $5,766,043.5.
On June 15, 2011, the common stock of CSX Corporation split 3-for-1,
resulting in the reporting person's ownership of an additional 505,350
shares of common stock. Nice $11,532,087 bonus.
Since 252,675 + 505,025 would be 757,700 Ward had to sell 159,675
shares since June 15, 2011.
01/20/2012 Ward was awarded 718,419 more shares awarded pursuant to
the CSX 2009 - 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan.
718,419 X $22.82 = $16,394,321.58
Leaving Ward owning 1,316,444 shares.
Ward then takes 257,516 shares and puts them into a phantom Withholding
of stock to satisfy tax withholding obligation while the government sits
with everybody elses tax withholdings for January in THEIR bank growing
interest.
257,516 X $22.82 = $5,876,515.12
Leaving 1,058,928 shares but really 1,316,444 shares since tax shares
went nowhere.
Ward had 397,303 shares CSX Corporation Executive Stock Trust--On June
15, 2011, the common stock of CSX Corporation split 3-for-1, resulting
in the reporting person's ownership of an additional 264,869 shares of
common stock--On June 15, 2011 Ward must of had 132,434.5 shares of
this stock.
397,303 X $22.82 = $9,664,54.46 which
264,869 X $22.82 = $6,044,310.58 would be a bonus.
Ward also had 13,366 shares of CSX Corporation 401(k) Plan ---On June
15, 2011, the common stock of CSX Corporation split 3-for-1, resulting
in the reporting person's ownership of an additional 8,767 shares of
common stock.---(8)	By Trustee, CSX Corporation Savings Thrift Plan.
Reflects equivalent shares of cash value held in CSX Stock Fund, which
amounts will fluctuate dependent upon daily net asset value of the
fund.---On June 15, 2011 must of had 4,383.5 shares of this stock.
Another 215.5 shares must have been added on since On June 15, 2011.
13,366 X $22.82 = $305,012.12 which
8,767 X $22.82 = $200,062.94 would be a bonus.

Sounds like your the one who don't respect the trains or anything else
it sounds like. Now go duck tape yourself to the cow catcher and spew
your dribble.

Pines, you lost me when you said, "engineer made no attempt to stop."
The distance shows a relatively short stop for a train moving over 20
mph. I don't think you realize that if we stop for every douche-bag
that stops on the crossing or approaches a crossing, you ain't getting
you're Wheaties or any of your China-mart goods in your lifetime.
People just don't respect the trains, and hopefully nobody else
(besides us poor suckers trapped on the engines) suffers from their
stupidity, impatience and misjudgement. Always expect a train, always
know where you're at, and never stop on a freakin' crossing, for ANY
reason.

Every crossing on my system has a posted number to call to report a
blocked crossing or malfunction. Many times I must stop or slow my
train because some numb-nuts has dialed in to say a perfectly
functioning crossing is having a problem. One genius took the time to
make several calls to AAA and his wife, and did not call the railroad
emergency number on a post 10 feet from where he was standing with the
tow truck driver when the train removed the car from the train. People
are just not functioning. If it's not on their Iphone app, they don't
know what the hell to do.

Give it a rest. 99% of all train vs. Pedestrian or Vehicle are caused
by the medical condition "head up their ass." My vow is, if I ever
hit a vehicle coming around the gates with kids in it- that driver
better be running before I get back there.

I will say, in my area, Operation Lifesaver is a joke. The guy who
runs it is so damn lazy it's pathetic. Numerous times one particular
crossing has been reported, never have they set up on it to ticket the
morons who constantly run the gates. It's not just us.

...CSX trains would kill 1,354 people in the same 917,431,119
vehicle miles traveled.

Guess you missed the CSX has the second best KILL rate in the country
NOMO. Pin on blood and gut badges will be distributed soon to be worn
by train crews

That CSX labor costs went up 29 million so they cut $22 million in
bonuses which wouldn't be from the higher echelon.

Hey APE 20-30:

Actually Brown was "Dismissed from the service of the company" or
fired. Had he retired, left to pursue other interests or had health
problems, the press release would have said that...it didn't.

CSX just didn't want to say he was terminated because it would make
them look bad. It's all about spin and how to make "bad" news look
good!

Think back to when Ingram "retired"...his last day was 12/31 and his
departure was announced 6 or 8 week prior. I believe Ingram was given a
choice, retire or get fired. He chose to retire gracefully
which allowed the appearance that it was his choice.

say fired, or retired, or left to pursue other interests, or had health
problems, etc. Just no longer with CSX.

CSX has to submit the yearly results to the BLEt for the productivity
bonus. Some years you'll get 100% others you won't. You people wanted
it. I voted against it. CSX made a profit not a record profit. They did
good in a down economy.

I read yesterday that there were changes with the COO & CFO. They never
mentioned Brown only that Munez was taking over the COO slot. The NS is
off the property. Don't know what that means? Hopefully things will
change. I hope things improve for everyone out there that people can
get back to doing their jobs without intimidation. It would be good for
every including management. Hopefully those that liked the brown shirt
mentality will get canned. Starting with "Kangaroo Jack" in Newport
News a drunk obnoxious Aussie that couldn't run a Lionel train set
around an eight foot oval track without screwing it up. Mabey "Mr
Potato Head Frulla" will get back to being a nice guy again. One can
have hope. He was decent as a trainmaster years ago.

Hey Corp....

If its been a record year for csx then why in the hell is Ward not
giving the engineers the 100% that they deserve!! Last I heard he
couldnt decide between 70 or 80%. We do our job out here. We deliver
the trains that we get called for. If we dont its because someone else
in another department has screwed something up again. So why should we
be punished... Just another crock of shit! Oh, I almost forgot... have
any idea what kind of TEAM BUILDING excursion they have planned this
year for the big wigs where they get their monetary bonus undercover???
Trip to the casino? Maybe another paintball trip with spending cash?

Dear CSX Employees,

I am pleased to announce the appointments of Oscar Munoz as executive
vice president and chief operating officer and Fredrik Eliasson as
executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective
immediately.

Oscar and Fredrik are respected leaders, both inside and outside of our
industry, and people I trust to help guide and energize the organization
with the highest degree of success and integrity.  What means even more
to me than their leadership and business skills is their passion for
our company and its future.

Oscar replaces David Brown, who is no longer with the company.  As
stated in the press release, the company’s decision to make this change
is unrelated to CSX’s financial condition, business performance or
outlook, all of which remain strong.  We have a great operating team,
and I am highly confident that they will achieve even greater levels of
success in the future.

Dean Piacente will succeed Fredrik as vice president of sales and
marketing for the chemicals and fertilizer business, a position he held
previously.  Dean is highly respected among this customer group and the
transition will be seamless.  We will quickly identify a successor to
Dean for his financial planning and analysis responsibilities.

Also along with these new appointments, we are making a few additional
organization realignments.

Frank Lonegro and the Technology organization will be moved to
Operations, reporting to Oscar.  This change will ensure that there is
even more integration between Technology and Operations as we prepare
our company to implement Positive Train Control and maintain all of the
key systems necessary to run our railroad safely and efficiently.

At the same time, Fran Chinnici and the Purchasing organization and
Steve Crosby and the Real Property group will both report to Lisa
Mancini in her role as chief administrative officer.

We just completed a record financial year for CSX, and we believe that
we are headed together for a strong 2012.  Please join me in building
on the leadership changes announced today by continuing to deliver
top-notch performance in the year ahead.

Sincerely,

Michael Ward

Hey Robert:

Brush you teeth or wipe you ass.

You don't know who made the video or the chain of custody. You ain't
got squat. Your posting old news that has been in the public domain
for years. Give us something we can use. CSX operates east of the
Mississippi. I know you have a heavy-on for the BNSF but we really
don't care what they, the UP or KCS do. Frankly, we really don't care
what the Dark Horse does but they at least run the same territory. It a
race to the top and we intend to win

So quit wasting our time and your whining. Keep up the good work with
the FRA. Get your video camera and go get us some live footage as these
occur.

If you want to continue to be obtuse, perhaps you should start you own
blog!
