NOMO--First I need to find out from somebody that has done signals to
tell me the % of the crossings is rip off to know how many years ago
the signals would have went in if the rip offs hadn't occurred. Reckon
Mr. Doe would know someone like that. I;m thinking anything this year
would have been in 10 years ago which makes it negligent homicide on
the railroads part. Oh ---$300,000 of the $520,000 is to fix the
approaches. I bet the driver didn't know the approaches were bad.
