Yep now the government can poison railroaders for FREE. I think it's
still against the law for the robber barons to piss on your graves. Not
for sure. That might be Federally pre-empted by now.

Name: A litte Story about Pines

Once apon a time there was a moron named Robert Pines. This dummy never
did understand physics on why trains do not have steering wheels and
take some distance to stop. It is why he says that stupid saying,
"sucky brakes and no steering," Well Pines was married at one time.
But he sucked at being a husband as he does suck in every thing else
he's ever done, or tried to do. So the wife of Pines commited suicide
by driving in front of a train that had "no steering and sucky
brakes," according to this loser.

So as time went along, he thought the only way to deal with his
stupidity was going on an anti-CSX site and rant and rave about the
evil murderous train. He had no common sense. He tried and tried to get
everyone on that site irked and angry, but they only laugh at him. Well
the tragic story of Robert Pines, The Moron, is he was "murdered," by
a ruthless killer called a train "with sucky brakes and no steering,"
Accually, he was dumb enough to go in front of it.

Yeah Kyle ---When you go into the village kill all the women and kids
too since they might carry guns. How does the railroads brain wash
their clowns so well?

Well NoMO it was a full cover gate with road channels so the railroad
had to have a witness to cover the fact that the gate wasn't damaged.
That area is not exactly where you would want to sit on the curb.
I've seen people carrying ax handles just to check their mail around
there.

Seems UP and NS both have crossings in the same spot under two crossing
numbers. Wouldn't that throw off the count of crossings by 1? The count
of active crossings by 1? Hmmm I wonder how many 1,000 1s there are.

After pointing on the little arrow in the documents below you can go
into dockets for the crossing---Analog remote monitors ----$100,000s in
2001 ---Not good enough replace with digital remote monitors in
$100,000s in 2008---Lights not bright enough $100,000s in 2008.
Interconnection modifications --- S100,000s in 2008. Is there problems
with these items the public isn't aware of. CSXs $1,600 a crossing for
100s of crossings for cross-bucks in Illinois was a different rip.

Shadow,

DEMENTED...LOL....Obviously you have never been an over the road
engineer. Maybe Im just sick of the idiots that put my life on the line
when they run around the gates in front of me. What about the poor saps
who are sitting behind the gates on the other side of the track. whats
going to happen to them If I hit a car and it slams into theirs? What
if there are kids in the car? You think thats right? I had a tow truck
driver that was towing a car run around the gates in front of me. I
missed the car he was towing by about 5 feet. Man I would have loved to
take that car out. Get him fired and probably get the persons car who
was being towed a brand new car! Unfortunately Im not allowed to
throttle out and put the fear of God in some of these Morons. This is
an EVER DAY occurance when I go through the city of terrehaute. The
cops could be millionaires if they would set up post at their tracks
and hand out tickets, but its not happening. Whats wrong with these
idiots. Are they running stop signs everday? Are they running red
lights? Do they speed through school zones? Maybe so, or maybe they
just dont have any respect for the railroad and they think its just
fine to break the law anytime they want if it involves a train! I say
blow their tires out!!!!

Pinetard: The gates were coming down and she was trying to beat the
train. Looks like they work absolutely perfect. Looks like a clear
case of driver error, again.

Slackie's paint job and Wackie Susie's spikes makes me believe there
are severely demented individuals running trains on CSX.

Double gates should be mandatory on all high speed rail for Amtrak and
high profile areas.

Gates all the way across the road eliminates running around the gates.

Gate malfunctions not returning to upward position when a train is not
presently moving to the crossing invites motorist to run around the
gates. Yes some run around anyway at their own risk.

On your next Inspector Gadget Slackie invention try to invent something
to make the gates not fail.

Sean Bennett was sitting on the curb on Bissell Avenue at noon when he
saw the car come around the corner and pass under the crossing arm
before the arm came all the way down.

Slack Action,

Congradulations! You win a prize for being the first one to have an
idea!!! Im impressed. Love the idea. I still like my idea about the
spikes coming up out of the ground and blowing their tires if they try
and go around the gates. Would be even better if both would happen!
