With indeed, glass door and many other job rating sites, people look at
before they apply for a job. Most people that hired on the rr in years
past got the information from a rr friend. A lot of people applying for
rr jobs are very desperate, the nothing to lose attitude. And if they
get hired they stick it out till that better job offer comes along.
This generation are a picky bunch. Most live with family for cheap and
there social life is important and are not built to take to much crap
from authority. The groups that hire on are pumped up at first and once
they see the big picture of rr life, they say this life is not for me.
Cn cp now CSX are having trouble hiring after the Hh experience. The
word will be on the street and social media about employee treatment at
CSX for along time. Someone at CSX better figure out how to retain there
employees at CSX, before they end up having the problems like cn cp had
after all there cuts.
